It's my impression that Zoom has replaced a lot of previous telephone conference calls but in some areas of sales the client wants to meet in person, especially initially. Definitely a lot more people who work from home rather than in the office every day, as a look at any empty downtown office building can tell you. Remote has replaced lots of commuting.
