I’ve seen that happen but the other way round - cheaper on the KLM site than the AF one.

Once I had an issue with payment and had to call the FB Plat line for help, and the agent was equally surprised when they noticed the price discrepancy. This was a intra-EU R/T itinerary from DK to FR.
