And that was exactly the case pre-2019. They were able to rustle up decent martinis from the menu and were so kind as to oblige me with off-menu negronis after a bit of direction. Those were the days…
However, vermouth-based drinks are not exactly mainstream with general folk (or more involved cocktails for that matter). Perhaps they will make a come back in the future.
