Exactly. SLH properties through Hyatt are worthless since they are almost always 20, 40, 60+% more. Have stayed at two on points and none on cash.
Good point not unlike booking an MGM property in Las Vegas almost always considerably
more expensive booking through Hyatt revenue or points
And then resort fees apply
To IHGs credit though the cancellation policy's were way worse I was able to book suites on a standard room award
Perhaps as a mistake booking but when I called they said I was good to go.Prob never happen again
