First, SQ doesn’t serve lobster in Business Class. They keep forgetting to add “slipper” to lobster to identify the poor animal on your plate correctly as crayfish.
Second, SQ has never won any cocktail awards because any given bartender or mixologist on the ground would get fired for those undrinkable sugarbombs.
Really too bad they don't serve negronis, then. Hard to mess up a cocktail with equal parts gin, campari and vermouth, no mixer or syrup. Even with low-quality gin or vermouth it would be drinkable.
