Thanks for getting back to me. Tried a couple of agents in the check in area at T5. Was told that they couldn't see the AMS - LHR leg of our AMS - ABQ (AMS - LHR, LHR - PHX, PHX - ABQ) trip and was told it would get sorted in AMS. Didn't truly feel anyone at LHR actually understood that we'd be getting straight back on in AMS but all was good in the end when the AMS gate agent made a quick call and then printed the BPs.
