Unfortunately this is something of a cross post since there are 2 overlapping threads on this issue. Just to confirm that the higher Tier Point rates for IST will be returning, as well as SAW, and that BAEC are expecting to automate the correction to accounts. So anyone in the last week or so who go 40 TPs in CE instead of 80 TPs (and similar reductions in ET) should get the full amount automatically. Once ba.com/flightcalculator is showing the higher amounts, leave it at least a week / check here before calling BAEC.
