Six Senses is still part of IHG- they paid $300 million for it in 2019 and are in the process of trying to figure out how to expand the brand without diluting it.
Some six senses property participate in MAMS… do you think Six Senses will be part of the Hyatt program if it’s under IHG? (unless the property itself rebrands completely.)
As someone mentioned 10% of the properties will be a win for Hyatt if fully brought on, and super cheap at $70m for 10%.
