It exists at every airport you were at (except for transit security....and you shouldn't have gone through security at all entering Canada).
I don't even know if the sticker is even still necessary at YVR, but if you just got into the regular line, no level of priority access is going to help with that.
No different than saying "are there no lounges" if you went straight from security to the gate.
