In coach, I'd call it a wash at best, possibly worse.
Up front, halls120 nails it. I'll take IPTE all day long over the "domestic F" seat. Exception to that is, of course, the 757. I'd take one of those over the HD777, without question. All the goodness, none of the downsides. Such a unique plane - really a shame it's on the glideslope.
I believe the Polaris seats take up approximately the same amount of room as IPTE seats. Between doors L1 and L2 there 32 Polaris seats, same as IPTE.
