The ACH info is to be used if one’s landlord/management company uses an online portal where you can set up one time or automated payments by providing a bank routing and account number. If one’s landlord does not take payments this way, then there is no need to use the ACH information; payee name and mailing address should be sufficient for Bilt to cut a check.
