It is very difficult to use a suite upgrade at this property. Even if it shows on the website they will claim it's sold out and magically after your call is over it will be removed from the website. I had to escalate several times over a week period in order to finally get them to cave. Hyatt really needs to be able to empower the phone agent/concierge to confirm the upgrade on their end without having to contact the property.
I've actually never had that happen here. If I see "Andaz Suite" available on the website, I've always been able to get that with a TSU. This has been true for probably my last 7 or 8 stays and 2 more upcoming stays.
