GRU to US is:

- leafy green lettuce salad with fennel, mango and tomatoes
- No appetizer
- Grilled beef tenderloin
- with campanata sauce, vegetable couscous, grilled asparagus and roasted pumpkin
- Roasted orange & herb-marinated Abadejo filet
- with beet coulis, mix cereal rice, green beans, red onion and pumpkin
- Grilled chicken breast

Before landing:

Both flights have turkey pastrami sandwich and tomato soup as mid-flight snack.
I am shocked there is a hot midflight snack on deep S Am routes. Someone can correct me but I’m pretty sure that was not even a thing pre-pandemic.
