    • with tomato sauce, green onion quinoa and roasted vegetables

Before landing:
  • Emmental and parsley omelette with grilled sausage, sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes and pan-fried tomatoes
  • Spinach and parmesan frittata with tomato concasse and lyonnaise potatoes

Both flights have turkey pastrami sandwich and tomato soup as mid-flight snack.
I am shocked there is a hot midflight snack on deep S Am routes. Someone can correct me but I’m pretty sure that was not even a thing pre-pandemic.
