US to GRU is:
  • Salad
    • Mesclun Greenswith kalamata olives, tomato and mozzarella
  • No appetizer
  • Seared beef short rib
    • with bordelaise sauce, mustard mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and parsnips
  • Seared salmon
    • with beurre blanc sauce, steamed white and wild rice, and stir-fried bell pepper, carrots and onion
  • Vegetarian chili and polenta cake
    • with ripened tomatoes, kidney beans, bell peppers, onion, chipotle peppers and soy crumble
Before landing:
  • Tomato and kale baked egg white pastry with fire roasted red pepper sauce and harvest chicken apple sausage
  • Cinnamon French toast with maple syrup

GRU to US is:
  • Salad
    • leafy green lettuce salad with fennel, mango and tomatoes
  • No appetizer
  • Grilled beef tenderloin
    • with campanata sauce, vegetable couscous, grilled asparagus and roasted pumpkin
  • Roasted orange & herb-marinated Abadejo filet
    • with beet coulis, mix cereal rice, green beans, red onion and pumpkin
  • Grilled chicken breast
    • with tomato sauce, green onion quinoa and roasted vegetables

Before landing:
  • Emmental and parsley omelette with grilled sausage, sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes and pan-fried tomatoes
  • Spinach and parmesan frittata with tomato concasse and lyonnaise potatoes

Both flights have turkey pastrami sandwich and tomato soup as mid-flight snack.
