AA or AS code better for flight operated by Alaska?
Gurus,

I need to fly a route that is operated by Alaska but I’m an AA Platinum Pro. I understand that booking with the AA flight number will likely net more loyalty points, but will I still be eligible for the upgrade if I do? Also, the AS code is about $100 cheaper, so company is pushing me towards that.
