FWIW you definitely have the right people in the room who can address some of the concerns that I see posted (Charu for IT/Technology, Todd for Catering / menus, and other onboard offerings, Brett for Mileage Plan and airline partnerships, and of course Ben (who is very operationally minded and wants guests to be happy when they fly Alaska).

My gut tells me this round will try to address some of the feedback about how the previous round went and will be better (but some things are not a quick fix).

I know it's a birthright to whine on FlyerTalk (goodness knows I do it too sometimes!), but I also know these people genuinely want to make things better (which is easier said than done with budget constraints). Most other airlines I was at didn't even hold sessions like these because they absolutely 100% didn't want to know.

Oh and PDBs on domestic narrowbodies was the bane of my existence at every US airline I worked at. I know it is frustrating for Alaska management, too.
