I ordeedr a Macbook Pro on aeroplan since the point purchase is 25% off until Monday.
Sounds simple, right?
The order was cancelled. Not by me, so I ordered again. It was cancelled again.
I called in, and they said my account was flagged; no reason why, but that happens right? OK, Please unflag it since you confirmed my private info. "Will do that; it only takes 10 days." 10 DAYS?WHAT? "it is the policy" WHAT?
So I said Can you please email me a copy of that 'promise' he said that is against the company policy. WHAT?
The sale is off Monday, I need to buy the computer now.
"I will put a note on your file and they may honour the request" MAY? HONOR?
I pity the poor people who work for such, an incompetent organization.
I long for the day when loyalty programs actually want us to be clients.
