I don't disagree with being denied boarding. I am just frustrated by TKs inability to assist. They were unable to allow her to change the award or even cxl it. Now I have submitted feedback multiple times and am just met with non-answer responses. I simply want the miles and tax back, but they just keep blowing her off.

That seems to be my main issue and I've run out of options to contact them.
