If you booked your ticket with AF, it is AF reservations that you should speak to to get the matter resolved.

What do you mean by "they disconnect me"? Do you mean that the conversation gets cut off before resolution or do you mean that they listen to you, tell you that there is nothing that they can do and then cut off? If the latter, what exactly do they say?
