Costumer service unable to help
I have been trying to reach KLM, Airfrance and Delta costumer service and everyone is pointing towards each other.
Booked a flight on Airfrance app with KL share code operated by Delta. The flights where sold as Premium select, both flights. But I got Comfort+.
Ofcourse not the worst problem, but it's not correct to sell it as Premium select/Premium comfort.
And since it's saying specifically premium select both flights I would like to rebook to another flight which do offers this service.
Unfortunately they are all disconnecting me since they can't help me. Trough social media and phone they just cut me off after a while. At least Delta confirmed a mistake is made , but they can't do anything since it's not their booking. (Which is a valid point, and the seller Airfrance should help)
Does someone have any thoughts how to reach a person who is able to help or even willing to listen to my story?
