LH - Travel credit
Last year LH issued me with a travel credit in the form of an EMD credit - however whenever I call to use the voucher no one on the hotline has heard of this voucher and refuse to help. It doesn’t work on the LH website.

Does anyone know how to redeem? I’ve >GBP500 expiring in 3 days
