The bill i was given from capital grille (restaurant at HR Reston where I used the breakfast vvoucher said the total was 0.00 and there was no tip line. I decided to just make things simple and leave cash. Generally, I prefer tipping on the bill and billing to the room because I want the points. For globalist breakfast I write in "globalist included tip" but with a $0 bill and no tip line it wasn't an option.
