I just checked out of the Andaz Mayakoba and they wanted to charge me for the tips as well. I said it should be included in the Globalist breakfast and they went as far as saying they would go get the receipts to “prove” I left the tip. Yeah… I know I left the tip, but it’s included in the benefit. They finally removed them because I wasn’t budging. Another red mark for the terrible front desk at the Andaz Mayakoba.
