I wasn’t able to find any way to fix this issue but I arrived in AMS this past Sunday morning and went to the lounge around 9am. They had 8-10 sleep cabins available - all were upper beds. I was able to book one for my wife very easily. It was 65 Euro for 4 hrs. I’m sure it may get busier at different times but many posts here indicate that they usually always have some available.
