I just rang GGL yesterday from Europe, it's around 5pm UK time. The waiting time was over 30 min, I managed to speak to someone from the ICC (I think). It's regarding a delayed flight, then he said "What you want me to do, we cannot do anything from here". OK.... then he also said "When you get to London, speak to BA", so I double-checked by asking "Do you mean the BA ground staff? Can I still find them at the terminal even though it's almost midnight?"

Then he said "I don't understand. We cannot do anything from here", just like reading the same script. I was unsure if I was talking on the GGL line, but he confirmed it's GGL. He repeated the same thing a few times like a broken record, I just hung up.

Is the ICC now this bad? I also thought the line would only switch to the ICC after 8pm or thereabouts.
