It seems that it is even becoming worse with that new CEO joining from SATA.

There he closed all airport lounges forever and flew domestic without selling the business class in the A321Ns. Recently also introduced bag fees while never making any profit. TP is going the FR way but just with worse service, high salaries and less working employees.
