Another 268 cancellation within 24h of departure, with terrifying mid-dinner text message. Our dinner guests didn’t love it
As ticket stock is AA, 3 hours to try and reason late night with AAgent over a convoluted automated rebooking F->Y done by the system, to convince them to rebook me in my paid class of service without losing my full day if work tomorrow
By then, the little F and J and even W availability left was gone from LAX-LHR and another itinerary involving DFW was forced
GGL unable to help, had to be 1h on hold with the AA line. I wonder how BA took care of the other F pax on the flight.
I wonder why there is no way to get some reasonable, timely help with irrop not even on an international F fare
