Does your awardwallet have historical data to compare to the .cvs file?? merge them to crosscheck entry by entry?
Unless you can point to a specific incorrect / missing entry, I doubt you will get anywhere with UA.
I keep my own records, and have never found a UA mistake that was not related to a recent activity (with the flight posting, usually irrops / partner issue). This were rare but having detailed records I can point to the specific issue.
Yes, we checked every entry in the CSV file going back to 1/1/2020. AwardWallet is where I pulled the balance data from originally, but it doesn't track it granularly down to individual line items.
I can't imagine a flight un-posting, but if it did, it'd have to be one from prior to this year. 3321 miles isn't worth all that much in the grand scheme of things. Maybe I just let this one go.
This year is the year I started tracking everything much more carefully, so maybe I take it as a lesson learned going forward.
Edit: I've never managed to spend (any) UA miles in my lifetime, so the only possible way to lose 3321 miles is for the record of a deduction simply disappearing from the ledger.
