Controversial but i'll mention this anyway.......

About the club lounge staff,
They work hard but are holding the fort by themselves alone,
Yes, you read it right,
kudos though for keeping the lounge an oasis of neat & clean & calm + providing warm hospitality + stocking an appatizing looking buffet
Even after every guest leaves his table and is done, the staff sanitizes it immediately for the next guest to use.

This isn't your usual Hyatt / Hilton / Marriott unattended lounge,
that turns into a zoo
and picked over buffet
with uncleared stacks of dirty plates and scattered empty glasses....

Because of this:
In my observation of locals at the lounge, be it Houstonion, Texan, Southern, American and foreigners

- some discretely gave a handshake when done
- some left a token on the table
- some provided a gesture after a long stay on the last day of checkout
- some spoke to the duty manager in praise of the service

In this case, definetly !
I don't care what others may think but yes in this case !
