Given what it is, i'd like it back pretty sharpish. I've called and all they can say is that it has been rebooked and once it has been verified i'll be contacted.
Given its quite an important day-to-day item I'd like it back asap. I was quoted 48 hours by the ground staff at LHR but that's already passed.
You've done all you can - my single piece of advise with missing baggage: Do not constantly call/email etc following up. I have done the job in MHL and I can guarantee you the more you call, the further down the list you go. All missing baggage is important, there will literally be a pile of bags somewhere and they are going them piece by piece. It will turn up when it does

Not helpful, I know, but there's really no point in getting your anxiety up all the time by calling.
