You can file a complaint against Chase on CFPB's site. Any proof you have should be on your complaint to make your case stronger. Good luck.
I didn't at the time (trusted Chase...) but I started to get nervous when I heard nothing so I took the screenshot a day or two later.

Read through the credit card agreement and find the section on dispute resolution and/or arbitration. Usually, there is a pre-arbitration demand requirement, which you should make. If they don't resolve it there, you can file an arbitration claim which, depending on the wording of the agreement, Chase will have to either pay for or reimburse you (so long as the claim is not meritless).
Chase has an exception to the arbitration requirement that allows for small court claims, which here is around $30 to file and allows recovery well in excess of the points value. I'm actually an attorney so I'm familiar with that process (though what I hande via work is on a substantially larger scale than this), but I really want to avoid litigation. Aside from this, I like Chase and hate the idea of this needing to be a small court claims case.
