It's interesting that it won't offer you 2F as a paid seat, 2D is occupied but 2F is not, so that would appear to be the seating algorithm in action, not necessarily offering every unoccupied seat to people who it thinks should pay, but only some of them.

1A/C are unoccupied at the moment, but will appear blocked to a Silver or lower. I personally don't mind those seats at all, but others really don't like them, just in case they remain free and you fancy them when they open up.
