That is the potential issue: boarding pass name/person will not match pass person, and it does read in the fine print "non-transferrable".
Unless the club staff doesn't follow procedures for some reason, that's going to be a problem. I've bought club passes for family members (issued in their own names), and in each case they were asked for ID/boarding pass to validate the day pass.
