Yes, if you need last minute bookings frequently, the Aegean Pass is probably good for you. But I think most people have some mix of flexibility on trips. I got my 10 flight domestic pass because I know 4 flights where I will definitely get a good value, and if 3 are about the same price and the other 3 are a bit more expensive, I am still okay with it because it books into Y and gives a good amount of miles. However, with the new passes, I don't think I would have booked because I am not certain that I would be able to get a great value with them. I mean, for domestic flights, if you have a tiny bit of flexibility, you can usually find better prices for the 30 and 7 and 0 day options.
