Had to make a last minute LHR-HKG booking that ended being on the dreaded CX 777-300ER (3-4-3!) in economy.

We are two and I can chose bulkhead seats on 39 FG or 40 HK (the middle seat is a basinet and blocked) CX 4 class Boeing 777-300ER type 77A - aeroLOPA | Detailed aircraft seat plans

Questions:
1) From past experience, any recommendation for this configuration? (my preference is the 40 HK but see question 2) )
2) Flight is in 1 week so I do not know what are the chances of being kicked out of the 40 HK because of a family with a baby using the basinet (Wouldn't families already have picked these seats if flying with a baby as it opens the selection for them?)
3) All seats appear as "Priority" which just means CX can give them to people with disabilities. There are plenty more on the plane and with OWE and OWS status I want to think they won't move us. Has somebody experienced this?
