On the
website, scroll to the bottom the page where you should find "Kris the Chatbot". Click on that then on the box that says "Got a question - Chat now". When the chat box window opens with various options click on "Chat with live agent". Hopefully you don't have to wait too long for an agent to help with your request.
On the
App: Click as follows - More (bottom of screen) / Help & Feedback / Live Chat.
