they creatied a New Iberia profile for you and you need you ask to merge both accounts. BBVA employee found the Iberia number after a lot of time.
Now already 2 months trying to merge them.
Wow, that's crazy.. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with the issue.. but also not filled with much confidence that this issue is going to be resolved anytime soon.. specially considering you're now 15 months into it!.. So you're saying that an iberia account was created when you first got the card? Does that mean that all your avios from spending using the ICON card were in that account once you finally gained access to it?
I guess I just need to keep trying until I find the right person who can actually help.. crazy how they're selling these cards and nobody knows how it works or should work!
