Same here. I have one AA flight (under AA 001 ticket) in early February and 2 AA flights (under same CX 160 ticket) in mid-April that are not credited yet. Strangely I had another AA flight (under CX 160 ticket too) more recently and that flight was credited just a 2-3 days afterwards.
What makes the missing miles / points claim experience worse, is that CX rejects claims if you do not submit both the e-ticket receipt and boarding pass. I once claimed missing miles / points of a QR-codeshared (IB metal) flight, boarding pass clearly shows my ticket number so I thought that would be sufficient. I got the rejection email the next day so I had to submit the claim again, which took almost forever for the miles / points to be credited.
Back to the recent 2 AA flights under CX ticket, they could have easily check the ticket status as flown or not. I just don't understand how is that difficult for them to process the claim. So frustrating.
