Hello,

Well I have this issue and thé pingpong netwerk BBVA and IBERIA takes already 15 months.

Meanwhile I Knox thé reason and you have thé same.

they creatied a New Iberia profile for you and you need you ask to merge both accounts. BBVA employee found the Iberia number after a lot of time.

Now already 2 months trying to merge them.
