It finally happened to me earlier this year. A month prior MyHyatt Concierge confirmed a suite on a point reservation and told me who she spoke with at the front desk. When I checked in I said I was excited to have suite xyz and the FD agent said we upgraded you to a view king… I mentioned that MyHyatt Concierge confirmed with X on date. After the agent went to back office and came back out and said you are correct, we have you in a suite. I was ready to show in the app under activity the SUA was redeemed from their property. I think they actually messed up because the put me in the second largest suite.
