That's why I gave up on JetBlue.

I finally received a reply from B6. It wasn't the yes/no answer I was seeking. If I understand this correctly though, the "YRI" fee is what JetBlue is calling the "Carrier Imposed Fee" and they do count towards Mosaic requalification.

"Thanks for taking the time to contact JetBlue, we value you as a loyal Mosaic Member and appreciate the opportunity to respond. TrueBlue points are calculated on the base fare and the YRI fee, which is a carrier-imposed fee on flights to and from Amsterdam, and is included in the total flight cost.
  • The points for the YRI fee are earned at the same rate as the base fare, depending on fare type, and are Mosaic-qualifying points.
  • The amount of YR tax that is eligible for TrueBlue points depends on the point of origin and cabin class.
We know our customers are the reason we continue to enjoy success as an airline and truly appreciate your loyalty as a Mosaic customer. We hope this email helps clarifies any questions and concerns. "
