Flew home LHR-DFW May 5 777-300ER. Heaven smiled and the upgrade to Business cleared.

Same menu imaged as "Lunch Menu" in Post #143.

First plating (salad and small plate teaser), and dessert (lemon tart), all similar to images shown in Post #173. Salad a little too leafy and needed another ingredient or two, or could have used a heavier dressing. But it was good for airline food. The small plate was interesting and I never would have guessed eggplant was involved. The tart was good enough, especially if you are in the mood for something different.

For the main plating, spouse had the steak and said it was good. I gambled on the fish, and it was good in a reheated sort of way. The warm potato salad I'd really like the recipe for. Seriously. (Sorry, but didn't think to photograph it till it was half gone).

No upgrade on the outbound. The food was pretty bad. You would think just buying a big box of frozen single meals in Kroger would be better. Or at least more predictable.
