I believe the miles / points are earned based on marketing carrier rather than operating carrier (when they are sold and operated by oneworld member). That said, last year when QR reduced frequency to KUL and swapped the flights to MH, I was given QR flight code in the new codeshare flight on the email but MH flight code printed on the boarding pass, and when I claimed missing Avios, they gave me MH's rate which I had to spend another few weeks complaining before they gave me the QR rates.

So I think you'll earn Iberia rate in the first option, and AA with the second option.
