The two destinations that I had checked Rome and Bilbao, both seem to have cutoff date of March 5. After March 5, the dynamic pricing was obvious. But I could still book March 5 and a few days before at the lower price. Hence my question.

By the way, there may be a 3rd category of traveller that books far in advance, the one that want to book an award ticket as soon as the date for booking becomes available. I may be the only one though. I can arrange my work and personal schedules around that.
