From my experience with the service levels at this property, it tracks that they said you could even if the general expectation is that people leave the tote bags. (Some other properties I've been at explicitly note that they are not meant to be taken home, like the beach towels.). When I was there, there was a whole system for sanitizing the key bracelets, and they seem very expensive to replace for each guest. Perhaps too few people want to take them home to make it an issue.
