Absolutely.
There are two kinds of people buying tickets further than maybe 2-3 months out -
1. the people who absolutely have to be somewhere on a given date, and know it far in advance
2. the people who think they are getting the best deal so just buy whatever the price is 10 months out.

You don't want to undercharge either.
