Hi All,

I've been having this issue for a while now and I don't know what to do other than cancel the credit card at this point.
I applied for and received my Iberia ICON credit card through my bank BBVA, however I was never provided any information on how to link my card with Iberia so that I can actually receive the benefits... i.e. avios points, 10% discount on Iberia flights, Iberia Plata Status etc..I've tried both going to the bank and calling the bank (BBVA) multiple times and I get the same response every time - "You need to speak with Iberia about this" So I then have called Iberia multiple times and I get the same run-around response of "you need to contact your bank about this". I've been very busy with work for the last number of months and every time I've attempted to resolve this issue I just get pissed off and give up.. but the fact that I haven't received any of the benefits I should be receiving annoys me to no end, and still hold out some hope that I can get it resolved and be retrospectively awarded for missing avios etc.

Has anyone else had this issue or know of who I can actually get answers from? Constantly being told to go to the other party is beyond frustrating, nobody seems to know anything about anything!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
