Was able to scan my wife's passport via the app and it was accepted for the initial ORD - MUC segment. Checking online for our itinerary I noticed that we had the green checks (both of us) for the first segment, but still needed to complete the items for out MUC - CAI Austrian, and the CA I- ORD Air Canada. No problem for me as I able to apply the stored passport, but for my wife the scanned passport is not applied and both the web version and the app when asking to Enter Passport Details does not accept the information after I enter it and press continue.

May I assume this will be taken care of at ORD for all segments for her?
