Ahhh I was talking about the PAID upgrade promotions. They don't pop up after the system puts me in automatic free upgrades.
If it's a comp upgrade - PAID upgrades *WILL* show - you need to refresh the record if using the app - or on the website give it a few mins after ticketing , log-out, log back in and you should see it. 20/20 this year on seeing these
NOW: if you queue up an SWU or mileage upgrade (Domestic or Intl) you will NOT see any paid offers. Normally if I have to ticket something in economy I negate doing the upgrade until I see cash offers, in many cases it's way better than using an SWU or miles+co-pay.
