On the android app, there are no backs displayed as it was years ago. But there is a Contact Us button on the card display and that then leads to a phone number -- as I said it was a bit of a challenge to find and it was not the first place I would look and certainty not for a less frequent flyer to find. Took 6 taps to get to. UA could make this a bit easier to find.
And doubtful a non-status flyer carries a card. I would guess many elites do not carry a carry which has not been provided for years.
Surprised the phone number isn’t easy to find on the Android virtual MP card. It’s pretty easy to find it on the iOS card. I suppose those who aren’t MP members would be the least likely to leave the airport without having new arrangements made by an agent… but that’s just my guess.
